Do you design the ADU?
We're licensed contractors, not architects. We build from your plans, and we can point you to architects we trust to draw them.
Who does the work?
We manage the whole job as your general contractor and bring in vetted subcontractors. Your project manager runs the job day to day.
How will I know what's happening?
You'll receive updates at each milestone as inspections are upcoming and passed.
How do payments work?
A deposit to start, then the remaining payments tied to milestones as the work gets done.

We build from Long Beach and Los Alamitos north to Alhambra, along the 110 and the 605 freeways. Outside our area? Reach out anyway, and we'll refer you to firms we trust.
